A word about Safeguarding

At Harefield Baptist Church we want to offer a safe environment where all are made welcome to come in and develop their relationship with Jesus and be part of the church fellowship.

Harefield Baptist church recognises its responsibilities for the safeguarding of all young people under the age of 18 (regardless of gender, ethnicity or ability) as set out in The Children Act 1989 and 2004, Safe from Harm (HM Government 1994) and Working Together to Safeguard Children (HM Government 2010).

All Ages welcome

We welcome children and youth into the life of our church community.

Safe environment

We seek to provide a programme of events for children and youth. We make our premises available to organisations working with children.

Vulnerable Adults

We look to safeguard vulnerable adults of all ages so that they can enjoy and be part of our church community.
